The site does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information, content or advertisement contained on or linked, downloaded or accessed from this website via it's contributors or content providers.

The site will take all reasonable efforts to remove unsuitable material. However the site has no legal obligation to monitor information, content or advertisements on the site.

Payment of invoices is due within 28 days of date of invoice, the due date being shown on each invoice.

We reserve the right to surcharge base rate + 4% on outstanding balances which have not been paid within our payment terms.

We reserve the right to demand pre-payment for any work where we feel that it is appropriate to do so.

All discounts will be rendered null and void if our payment terms are not met.

VAT is charged on invoices at the prevailing rate.

The site does not accept liability of any description including negligence or any damages or losses including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or loss of business, revenue, profit, data or otherwise, use or howsoever resulting from the use (or inability to use) this site.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
